Hey, Robert here, I’ve been multiboxing for over a year now and have been looking for the right multiboxing software for quite some time. From expensive hardware that can cost hundreds of dollars to really complicated programs that force you to edit scripts and variables, I’ve had a lot of trouble finding what I need.

You’re reading an uncensored review of what I thought about Pwnboxer. No BS here, just the thoughts of a experienced multiboxer.

This is a review though: click here to visit the official pwnboxer website.

So why am I writing this? I had been looking at Pwnboxer for quite some time, not sure if I wanted to purchase it. There really aren’t any reviews around on it, and I thought the best thing I could do would be to try it for myself and write a quick review to help anyone else that was in the same position as I was.

Just know, I’m going to talk the good and the bad, so if you’ve already made up your mind about Pwnboxer and don’t want to hear one side or the other, leave now.

Pwnboxer impressed me right from the start when I first installed it on my PC. Unlike many multiboxing programs that require a high level of technical knowledge and the patience to navigate through numerous menus to do what you need – Pwnboxer presented me with a very simple and straight forward UI with the basic options that I needed to configure right in front of me.

Setting up Pwnboxer for multiboxing was quite easy. From the main window you can change your window sizes or ratios, which update on the fly, and then go into individual options for each one and adjust settings like FPS and graphics quality. These are very handy features as they allowed me to tone down FPS and graphics on my smaller windows and keep everything running smoothly on my older PC.

Getting into the meat of the program, there are a number of well thought out features that really added to my experience using the software. The first was zoom windows, which are configurable windows that will zoom in on areas of your screen. With these you can easily enlarge areas of your other windows without having to switch to them. This particularly came in handy on my rogue team, which has to manage combo points that would otherwise be impossible to see. Pwnboxer does however have less configuration options then some other software. For 99% of multiboxers you’ll have everything you need here. If you need crazy command lines or scripts or those sorts of things you may want to look elsewhere.

Another great feature is the dockable click map. This is a window of pwnboxer that will overlay your game window and allow you to create clickable buttons that send commands to your games. Using this you can easily manage heals over multiple characters or do just about anything else you can dream up. I really haven’t seen this executed nearly as simply or easily anywhere else.

Pwnboxer also has all of the other features that come standard in multiboxing software today: key broadcasting, mouse broadcasting, easy switching of game windows, and even its own in game pwnboxer window. This window is easily minimized and lets you open up a web browser, check the status of the live multiboxing stream, and chat with other pwnboxer users.

Overall, Pwnboxer is a great piece of multiboxing software that a new multiboxer should not hesitate to purchase. A definite step up from most of the other solutions out there. With a very user friendly UI, and all of the features that you need to control your own team effectively, this is a very good value piece of software.
